Five Reasons To Live In Victor Valley
By: Robert Michael 1/8/2008

Your Health
How long are you willing to breathe bus, car, motorcycle and other toxic fumes while commuting along the freeways of Southern California? Until it kills you? And how about your children, do they have to suffer the increasing risks of lung disease associated with pollution? Of course not. The high desert areas of Victorville, Phelan, Hesperia, Adelanto, Apple Valley, and others have much cleaner air content, not to mention easier commutes between points. Save yourself...and those you love. Move to Victor Valley.
Cost of Living
If your health isn't enough reason to get you moving to Victor Valley, then maybe your bank account will. Housing, for example. Wow! What a difference. For what the average tenant or property owner pays for housing in Southern California, you can live like kings and queens in the high desert. Take a look for yourself. And then go rent a UHaul. You'll be moving soon, no kidding.
Opportunity
Of course, everyone will move up toward the high desert sooner or later. The vast migration that is coming from the Southern California basin leads straight to the doorway of Victor Valley. And what do people see when they arrive at the high desert? Beauty. Clean air. Affordability. And growing communities that cost far less to get into than the high-priced housing of Southern California. Buy a home in Hesperia, Helendale (look into Silver Lakes, Spring Valley Lake, and other resort communities here...they rock!), or Lucerne Valley, and a few years down the road, you'll be thanking yourself for having been so darned smart.
